Perth’s Best Cosy Cafes

Who doesn’t love curling up on a couch with a freshly brewed cup of coffee at your fingertips? Whether you’re looking for a place to sit and read, to do some work or perhaps meet up with that guy/gal you matched with on Tinder, there are actually cafes out there that bring you good coffee with a side of maximum comfort.

Greens & Co

In the heart of Leederville you’ll find this gem bustling all day from 6am to 12pm. They’ve got couches aplenty here, and their cake cabinet is always abundant. And if you’re feeling a little competitive, they’ve got tones of board games scattered around the place, as well as a massive pool table – winner buys coffee!

123 Oxford St, Leederville

Chinta Café

Stepping foot into this café will have you feeling as if you’ve just been teleported to Bali. Not only is the interior calm and colourful, but the food here is on point. And if it’s a cold winters day and you’re after something warm and comforting, they do one heck of a chai latte that will warm your socks off!

29 Scarborough Beach Rd

Little Bird

The guys at Little Bird are pro’s at dishing up some of the prettiest food around Perth. But if edible flowers aren’t your thing, they’ve also got a complex list of smoothies and juices that are sure to hit the spot. Grab a cookie and take a seat on one of the arm chairs and watch the day pass you by.

100 Lake St, Northbridge

If you’re after a really good slice of cake with your coffee, then Boucla has just that. Their cake cabinet has everything from traditional Greek sweets like galaktoboureko to the more simple yet enticing options like the chocolate and ricotta cake. And with its Mediterranean vibes and interior, you’ll feel nice and cosy with your cake and coffee.

349 Rokeby Rd, Subiaco

This cosy little café is sitting pretty on High street in Fremantle. The gang here serves up specialty coffee as well as a cabinet full of goodies – think muffins, bagels and burgers. And if you’re lucky enough to claim it, the couch upstairs is so comfy people have actually taken a nap on it.

68 High St, Fremantle

Moore & Moore

Doubling as a café and art space, Moore & Moore are all about chill vibes. Besides serving up delicious breakkies, they’ve also got some pretty decent coffee. Cosie up on a big arm chair with a good book and you’re set for the morning.
